Thierry represents the 7th generation
of a family specialized in the culture
of the vine since 1937. The vineyard
of 22 hectares is composed of 19 ha
in AOC Bourgueil and 3 ha in AOC St
Nicolas de Bourgueil.

Domaine de l’Abbaye
A vineyard over 55 hectares
which produces red, rosé and white
Chinon wines.
Along the gravelly Vienne river, the
Chinon are supple and refreshing
and on the clay limestone hillsides,
the wines produced from older vines
are more representative and tannic.
The old vineyard the Clos de la Collarderie
produces an original and
fleshy wine which may be kept a
long time.
For the past ten years, this estate has
grown in the area with the Saumur
Champigny appellation.

Domaine Amido
The history of the Amido Estate
started at the beginning of the 1960’s
with the plantation of the vineyard
by today’s owner Nathalie Patinet’s
grandfather. Then, the son followed
along with his two brothers-in-law
and finally, at the end of the 1990’s,
Nathalie took over the business. She
showed her ambitions: a more cultivated
land and less wooded wines.
The family business was finally complete,
when Nathalie’s sister joined,
along with her partner, Antoine
Berthaud.
