EL PASO—A $200,000 theatre seating
approximately 1,000 persons, to be operated
by "one of the country's largest
amusement chains," will be constructed in
the Northgate Shopping Center, it was
announced here by J. Ted Cottle, leasing
agency for the center.
Plans call for the theatre to be of the
most modern in design and utilizing the
finest, up-to-date equipment available, he
said. Plush seating on an inclined floor,
with chairs staggered to pei-mit a full view
the airer's parking lot, continues to get bigger
and bigger and Arnold will continue the
project, which permits individuals and organizations
to sell used articles by setting
up booths in the parking lot from 6 a.m.
to 4 p.m. The project, profitable in its own
right, also is a boon to the concessions
