NRDA F-1-Schedule-D- Section-II – SCOPE OF WORK Construction of Forest and Water Resources Department Buildings at Sector-19 of Naya Raipur NRDA • External Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) jail work secured using MS sub frames • Provision and installation of Metal jail work in external areas • Provision and installation Stainless steel railing work c) Detailed Interior Items • False ceiling work in Gypsum and mineral fiber grid ceilings • Flooring work using Natural stone( Granite, Kotha stone, Vitrified tiles/Ceramic tiles) • Dado work in toilets/pantry area using Ceramic tiles • Laminated paneling work on walls- • Wall finishing using Putty, Acrylic emulsion and Textured paint finishes • Acoustical panel installation in Auditorium works • Internal GRC work Site Development including road network and landscaping • Cutting, filling and leveling of the site as per the site layout and achieving the desired site levels • Preparation and laying of Road work in Bitumen and Concrete as per the specification laid down in the detailed site drawings, preparation of pave red and tiled areas. • Road side curbstone ,appropriate road markings and signage • Surface preparation and tree plantation as per the details provided under the horticulture scheme • Preparation of landscape features, installation of artwork as specified. • Clearing and finishing the site in a manner that it shall be deemed t be completely fit for operation and use according to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. II. Electrification Works The work to be carried out under this contract comprises of internal and external electrical Installation of the project as called in the tender documents. The Electrical Contractor shall include for the supply of the whole of the materials in accordance with the Specifications and the whole of the work of fixing necessary for the complete installation as set out in these Specifications and with the accompanying schedule and drawings, commencing from the supply authority’s terminals. This also include any material, appliances, equipment not specifically mentioned herein or noted on the drawings as being furnished or installed but which are necessary and Customary to make the installation complete in all respects. In general the work to be performed under this contract shall comprise supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the following • All conduit work including junction boxes, outlet boxes, wiring & earthing for lighting & power. • All conduit work including junction boxes, outlet boxes & wiring for LV systems such as voice, data, fire alarm, paging, CCTV, Access control & MATV etc. • Switches, plug sockets, cover plates and wiring accessories. • Emergency lighting, wiring, Inverter/UPS. • DG Sets Installation and commissioning. • Earth pits & earth strip for earthling the body of the motors is being provided by the Electrical Contractor. • Substation, HT Switchgear and HT Cabling. III. Public Health including external site work and connections. • Provision and installation of complete Chinaware, CP fitting including all necessary accessories required for installation and proper functioning of the supplied equipment. • Laying of Internal Soil, Waste, Rain Water & Water Supply Lines as per the approved makes & specifications of quality. • Laying of External Storm Water pipes, Water supply lines, Sewerage pipes as per the detailed external plumbing drawings, to the final tap-off point and making functional the connections to the external utilities. • Installation of Pumps in the U.G.Tank complete as required starting from suction line from underground tank to O.H.Tank/ distribution Ring Main Ball Valves, N.R.V, Elect- Panel & Wiring for Motor Necessary Foundation work for Pumps, Supports for Piping Bends, Tee’s Dead ends, Tail pcs. Valves, Vessel etc. as required. • Supports for vertical risers/vertical pipes. Painting etc. as required. • Pump & equipments, accessories and fitting as required. • Installation, testing and commissioning of the entire Plumbing installations to the satisfaction of engineer in charge. • Work under Plumbing Services installation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with specifications attached with the tender. IV. FIRE FIGHTING a) Installation of Pumps in the Terrace lvl. Complete as required starting from suction line from over head water tank. The distribution Main butterfly Valves, N.R.V, Air Vessel, Pressures Gauges, Pressure Switches, Elect-Panel & Wiring for Motor & Pr. Switches. Necessary Foundation work for Pumps, Supports for Piping Bends, Tee’s Dead ends, Tail pcs. Valves, Vessel etc. as required. b) Laying of Main of MS pipe Heavy Grade (class) for the Hydrant on terrace and down. comer inside the building. c) Supports for vertical risers/vertical pipes. Painting etc. as required. d) Fire fighting equipments, accessories and fitting as required. e) Installation, testing and commissioning of the entire installations to the satisfaction of employer, Consultant and Local fire. Authorities. f) Obtaining NOC for the installations from Local fire Authorities. g) Maintaining the installation minimum for a period of 1 year from the date of commissioning and imparting training to the workers/staff of the factory as asked for maintaining the installations as per IS requirement and exercising. Fire drills as asked for by the client/Local fire Authorities. h) Earth pits & earth strip for earthing the body of the motors is being provided by the Electrical Contractor.
