GENERAL SPECIFICATION<br />

1. Scope<br />

In general, the contractor shall supply, store, erect test and commission all the equipment<br />

required for electrical installation. The contractor shall furnish all the materials, labour,<br />

tools and equipment for electrical work, as shown in the accompanying drawings and in the<br />

bill of quantities and specifications hereinafter described.<br />

2. Contractor<br />

The contractor shall be a licensed electrical contractor, possessing a valid electrical contractor's<br />

licence, in the state, employing licensed supervisors and skilled workers having valid permits as per<br />

the regulation of Indian Electricity Rules and Local Electrical Inspector's requirements.<br />

3. Definitions.<br />
