EGS wooden support set
The EGS scaffolding system has already proven itself
many times during THW operations. Bracing supports,
support towers, strut bracing and intermittent horizontal,
vertical or angled force take-off can be quickly
erected without a crane and with defined statics, even
in difficult situations and without putting strain on
unstable structures.
To go with the EGS scaffolding system, THW volunteers
developed a wooden support set that is supplementary
to the scaffolding system and provides additional support
options.
Of course, the EGS wooden support set is not just a
valuable companion to the THW during operations, but
can also be used for many different
support tasks.
During the different operational scenarios,
wooden supports are needed to adapt to
slopes, to secure loads, to distribute force,
to stabilise vehicles etc.
