In a recent resident survey at<br />

University of Salford Student<br />

Village, customer service was<br />

ranked as one of <strong>CLV</strong> <strong>UK</strong>’s<br />

top strengths with 86% of<br />

respondents rating Village staff<br />

as approachable and good at<br />

keeping them well informed<br />

about all activities going on.<br />

<strong>We</strong> place huge importance on<br />

our staff and their development.<br />

A recent employee survey<br />

showed that 91.38% of staff<br />

knew how much their work<br />

directly contributed to the<br />

overall success of their team<br />

and <strong>CLV</strong>. <strong>We</strong> must be doing<br />

something right.
