We aspire to set the global
standard in student living and
experience has taught us that
global communication is key
to an extensive understanding
of resident life. As such,
we encourage our staff to
visit other locations and
to experience life on other
campuses, meeting colleagues
and sharing information.
Each of our general managers
also attends an annual national
conference at which ideas and
initiatives are shared. They are
also encouraged to visit other
regions’ conferences so that
we remain continually at the
leading edge of international
student accommodation best
practice.
We also listen to our residents.
In the UK and globally a
resident survey is undertaken
with the results providing
an annual benchmark for us
to evaluate our service and
make any improvements. UK
operations have consistently
scored well in this survey,
perhaps the result of drawing
on previous global experience.
