Storage will be allocated by the Property Officer and the General Committee. There are three basic storage categories, under cover, east and west hard stand. The basis for storage will included such details as use of stored boats ( both social and racing will be given priority over non used ) being a financial member at the time that storage is granted, payment of storage fees before taking up storage, and the completion of a Storage Agreement which also appears in this newsletter . The Treasurer will render Storage Accounts as soon as the Property Officer allocates space. Fees payable are as follows: West Side $170 East Side $110 Undercover Top $160 Undercover Bottom $170 Sailboards, surf skis etc $70 The only discount applicable is 50% for Junior sailed boats. ALBURY WODONGA YACHT CLUB – YACHT STORAGE Personal Agreement To be completed by a person wishing to store a Yacht at the AWYC for long term. One agreement per yacht. Yachts will be stored in the area designated by the property officer. 2. The owner is encouraged to ensure that appropriate insurance cover is maintained whilst stored at the AWYC. 3. The owner is to maintain the grass under and around the storage area at an acceptable height at all times. The caretaker will not be responsible for whipper snipping around the yacht. 4. During regattas the yacht may be shifted to an area out of the way to ensure visiting sailors can be placed in a suitable area for convenience. Generally the owner will be advised prior to moving; however this may not always be the case. 5. The AWYC committee and members accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to the yacht or any equipment associated with it. 6. A fee as detailed in the annual membership subscription will be paid annually in accordance with the guidelines for membership fees. 7. The committee reserves the right to revoke this agreement if the terms and conditions are not being met. 8.
