transport preparedness, decide appropriate hospital
Local situation:
A Nearest hospital 22 kms by ground: surgical, internal depts., anaesthesia and intensive care, neurological dept., gynecology and obstetric, CT, NMR, laboratory - biochemistry.
B Hospital: 30 kms by ground, as A + ED, pediatric dept.
C Specialized centre 55 kms by ground., as B + Traumacentre, coronary unit
D Helicopter rescue arrival in 10 min, no space for landing, necessary transport by Ambulance to landing place
Situation:
Rescue team member report by radio: lost paraglider found after 8 hours in the forrest, lying on the ground, felt down from 3 m. Fall slow down by trees. Conscious, fully awake, short retrograde
amnesia around fall and after. Complains cold, pain in right upper extremity, both ankles. He wants sleep, hungry and thirsty. EMS crew have to go by feet 150 m by forrest aisle.

fall, slight problem with actual time after 8 hrs in the

jinak je orientovaný místem i přiměřeně časem
(pátrací akce trvala 8 hodin). Past medical history 0,
allergic to bee sting, healthy. Strong pain in upper
right extremity - forearm and in both ankles.
