Brake parts assembly fluid
For nearly 50 years, PBR has been supplying OE manufacturers with brake
assemblies in high volumes.
To ensure the integrity of these
systems, lubricants used in the
assembly process are rigorously tested
in its Research and Development
facility to guarantee they achieve the
long term performance demanded by
some of the world’s leading automotive
companies.
Now the same lubricants used in
PBR’s OE applications are available to
all brake servicing professionals,
making life a whole lot easier for brake
specialists doing any work where
assembling rubber parts to rubber or
metals, is required.
When assembling rubber parts it is
critical that the integrity of the delicate
sealing areas is not compromised, as
this can result in leaks or a deterioration of the service life of the assembly.
PBR assembly fluid facilitates the precise joining of individual
components and thus supports functional reliability, preventing damage to
the seals during fitting.
PBR brake parts assembly fluid is perfectly suited for all of your general
brake assembly needs where the fitting of brake rubber parts is involved.
It is also suitable as a rust preventative for steel automotive brake
components, as it does not need to be removed prior to the subsequent
assembly with SBR and EPDM rubber components.
This assembly fluid contains a special synthetic oil base ensuring
compatibility with DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids.
For maximum convenience and economy, this assembly fluid is available
in both a 150ml squeeze bottle and a 370ml aerosol can.
Both enjoy a minimum shelf life of three years, if stored unopened in a
dry, frost-free place.
Being the same fluid as that used in the assembly of Australian Original
Equipment braking systems, you can be assured of the performance and

Universal in-tank fuel pump kits
Since the early 1990s, various Asian vehicles have used a variety of
38mm diameter in-tank electric fuel pumps for high pressure fuel
supply.
Many of the variations in application are due to differing fuel
pump flow rates and strainer designs.
To simplify servicing in many of these applications, Bosch has
released a new ‘universal’ 38mm fuel pump kit, containing two
different aftermarket grade strainers, an electrical adaptor and
associated hardware.
The choice of two common strainer designs provides broad
application coverage and the inclusion of the electrical adaptor means
this unit can also be used to replace pumps that use a small pin-type
or post style electrical connection.
The new Bosch BFP038 universal in-tank fuel pump kit comprises
an OE quality, Bosch manufactured, 38mm “turbine” design electric
fuel pump with a flow rate
of 105 l/hour at 3.0 bar
pressure, E10 ethanol
compatibility and high
quality internal materials
for superior performance
and reliability.
It also includes a
70mm and 100mm
common pump strainers,
with retaining clip for
broad application coverage
and a pre-wired electrical
adaptor with bullet style
terminals to replace pumps that use a small pin-type or post style
electrical connection.
