In support of this request I declare that the above vessel does not have on board any dangerous,
inflammable, hazardous or explosive cargo and that no dangerous, inflammable, hazardous or
explosive cargo will be loaded onto the vessel during the period of immobilization.

Subject to the following conditions:
1. That the main engines are immobilized at the sole risk of the Master of the vessel, and that
the vessel shall not be moved during the hours of darkness, except in an emergency.
2. That the Master agrees to pay such added charges as may arise from the fact that the vessel
is immobilized.
3. In the event of a tanker requesting immobilization his agent/master shall submit a Gas Free
Certificate in respect of the engine room as required by HARBOUR REGULATIONS NO.
159 part A paragraph (21) C.
ALL requests for immobilization should be made during office hours.
