20,000 Dialogues is a nati<strong>on</strong>wide <strong>in</strong>itiative that uses discussi<strong>on</strong>s about films to promote pluralism,<br />

dialogue, <strong>and</strong> civic engagement. It seeks to build greater underst<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g of Muslims through films <strong>and</strong><br />

c<strong>on</strong>versati<strong>on</strong>. 20,000 Dialogues uses Unity Producti<strong>on</strong>s Foundati<strong>on</strong>’s (UPF) award w<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g films <strong>and</strong><br />

provides the materials people need to participate <strong>in</strong> dialogues that further the American ideals of<br />
