When might you do this?<br />

• In History you might invite feedback from your peers, evaluating your own<br />

strengths and weaknesses to monitor and improve your performance.<br />

• In Modern Foreign Languages you could develop techniques for reviewing<br />

and redrafting written work to improve its accuracy.<br />

• In ICT you would reflect critically on the available information, taking into<br />

account its purpose, author and context.<br />

TEAM WORKERS<br />

Description:<br />

You work confidently with others, adapting to different contexts and taking<br />

responsibility for your own part. You listen to and take account of different<br />

views. You form collaborative relationships, resolving issues to reach agreed<br />

outcomes.<br />

Skills, behaviours and personal qualities:<br />

• You will collaborate with others to work towards common goals.<br />

SELF-MANAGERS<br />

Description:<br />

You organise yourself, showing personal responsibility, initiative, creativity and<br />

enterprise with a commitment to learning and self-improvement. You actively<br />

embrace change, responding positively to new priorities, coping with<br />

challenges and looking for opportunities.<br />
