3.816 CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIOUORS AND FERMENTED MALT<br />

BEVERAGES IN PARKS<br />

A. PROHIBITED - No person shall bring in or consume in any park in the <strong>Village</strong><br />

any intoxicating liquors or fermented malt beverages except as provided in sub.<br />

B below.<br />

B. EXCEPTIONS<br />

1. Intoxicating liquors <strong>and</strong> fermented malt beverages may be consumed in<br />

Pine Tree Park <strong>and</strong> Four Seasons Park subject to the following<br />

conditions:<br />

a. If any person has consumed excessive intoxicating liquors or<br />

fermented malt beverages, he may be ejected from the park<br />

immediately <strong>and</strong> shall be responsible for any damages he may<br />

have caused in the park.<br />

b. Any group <strong>of</strong> 10 or more persons consuming intoxicating liquors<br />

or fermented malt beverages shall have the written permission <strong>of</strong><br />

the <strong>Village</strong> Administrator or his designee.<br />

c. No person shall bring any alcohol beverages into Pine Tree Park<br />

or Four Seasons Park or possess or consume any alcohol<br />

beverages in Pine Tree Park or Four Seasons Park from the day<br />

after Labor Day until the day after the following Memorial Day.<br />

2. In all parks in the <strong>Village</strong> other than Pine Tree Park <strong>and</strong> Four Seasons<br />

Park, intoxicating liquors or fermented malt beverages may be consumed<br />

only with written permission from the <strong>Village</strong> Administrator or his<br />

designee.<br />

3.817 USE OF OFF ROAD MOTORIZED VEHICLES<br />

A. DEFINED - An <strong>of</strong>f road motorized vehicle is defined as a vehicle not licensed<br />

for operation on highways by the State.<br />

B. RESTRICTED - No person shall operate any motorized vehicle on any place<br />

other than a public roadway in the <strong>Village</strong> except as follows:<br />

1. A person may operate an <strong>of</strong>f road motor vehicle on l<strong>and</strong> owned by the<br />

operator there<strong>of</strong> or a member <strong>of</strong> his immediate family.<br />

2. A person may operate an <strong>of</strong>f road motor vehicle on undeveloped private<br />

property in the <strong>Village</strong> provided that at the time <strong>of</strong> the operation the<br />

person has on his person written permission from the owner <strong>of</strong> the<br />

property to operate motorized vehicles on such private property.<br />
