D. No retailer may place a vending machine within 500' <strong>of</strong> a school.<br />

E. If a written agreement binding on a vending machine operator governs the<br />

location <strong>of</strong> his vending machine which is located within 500' <strong>of</strong> a school, the<br />

vending machine operator shall remove the vending machine on the date that the<br />

written agreement expires or would be extended or renewed or on July 1, 2001,<br />

whichever occurs first.<br />

F. No retailer may keep a vending machine in any public place that is open to<br />

persons under the age <strong>of</strong> 16, unless all <strong>of</strong> the following apply:<br />

1. The vending machine is in a place where it is ordinarily in the immediate<br />

vicinity, plain view <strong>and</strong> control <strong>of</strong> an employee.<br />

2. The vending machine is in a place where it is inaccessible to the public<br />

when the premises are closed.<br />

G. The person who ultimately controls, governs or directs the activities within the<br />

premises where the vending machine is located shall ensure that an employee <strong>of</strong><br />

the retailer remains in the immediate vicinity, plain view <strong>and</strong> control <strong>of</strong> the<br />

vending machine whenever the premises are open.<br />

H. A vending machine operator shall remove all <strong>of</strong> his vending machines that are<br />

located in any place prohibited by this section by July 1, 2001.<br />

I. If a written agreement binding on a vending machine operator governs a vending<br />

machine that is located in any place prohibited by this section, the vending<br />

machine operator shall remove the vending machine on the date the agreement<br />

expires, would be extended or renewed or on July 1, 2001, whichever occurs<br />

first.<br />

J. The penalty for vending machine violations shall be $200, plus costs.<br />

3.831 MISUSE OF STATEWIDE EMERGENCY SERVICES NUMBER 911<br />

PROHIBITED - The <strong>Village</strong> hereby adopts §146.70, Wis. Stats. Any person who<br />

intentionally dials the telephone number 911 to report an emergency, knowing in fact that<br />

the situation which he or she reports does not exist, shall be fined in accordance to the<br />

<strong>Village</strong> Municipal Bond Schedule.<br />

3.832 TRESPASS TO BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES OR BUSINESS<br />

A. PERMISSION REQUIRED - No person shall enter any building, structure,<br />

business or property <strong>of</strong> another without the permission <strong>of</strong> the owner or person in<br />

charge.<br />

B. PRESUMPTION - Permission to enter shall be presumed when the area is<br />

normally open to the public. Permission may be withdrawn by the owner or<br />

person in charge.<br />
