C. AUTHORITY TO CLIMB - No person shall climb any utility pole within the<br />
<strong>Village</strong> unless that person has been duly authorized by the <strong>Village</strong> <strong>and</strong>/or the<br />
utility. No person shall attempt to remove or remove from any utility pole any<br />
<strong>Village</strong> property including but not limited to flags <strong>and</strong> decorations unless that<br />
person has been duly authorized by the <strong>Village</strong> <strong>and</strong>/or the utility.<br />
3.833 HARBORING MINOR WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT - Any owner, tenant or<br />
person in control <strong>of</strong> a residence or other facility shall not allow or permit a child under<br />
the age <strong>of</strong> 18 to loiter, idle or remain in such residence or upon such property without the<br />
consent <strong>of</strong> the child's parent, guardian or spouse.<br />
3.834 PENALTIES - Except as otherwise provided herein, any person who shall violate any<br />
provision <strong>of</strong> this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in §1.005 <strong>of</strong> this Code.<br />
In addition to any penalty imposed for violation <strong>of</strong> this Code adopting §943.01(1), Wis.<br />
Stats., any person who shall cause physical damage to or destroy any public property<br />
shall be liable for the costs <strong>of</strong> replacing or repairing such damaged or destroyed property.<br />
The parent <strong>of</strong> any unemancipated minor child who violates this Code adopting<br />
§943.01(1), Wis. Stats., may also be held liable for the cost <strong>of</strong> repairing such damaged or<br />
destroyed property in accordance with §895.035, Wis. Stats.<br />
