Equipment outages and consumption<br />
changes<br />
•Market participants are informed of the specific<br />
equipment designated for outage reporting at<br />
the time of facility registration. Outage slips (for<br />
information) are required for all planned<br />
equipment outages or material changes to<br />
consumption.<br />
• Following a forced equipment outage or a<br />
material change to its consumption, outage slips<br />
(for information) are required for outages<br />
expected to last longer than 8 hours. *<br />
