Guideline: Dispatch data, timing & updates<br />
A dispatchable load is expected to update its dispatch data<br />
to best reflect its expected consumption over future<br />
hours<br />
IESO shall approve a dispatch data update due to a change<br />
in consumption capability, up to 10 minutes to the hour,<br />
unless there is a reliability reason to deny it.* Changes<br />
may be applied to:<br />
• quantity, e.g. a change in consumption capability, or<br />
• energy price, to indicate a change to or from selfdispatching<br />
state, by changing the price point of the<br />
largest bid quantity to MMCP from its original bid price,<br />
or vice versa.<br />
