OFFICER.<br />

Entry <strong>in</strong><strong>to</strong> the Army as a GSO is only possible<br />

after complet<strong>in</strong>g your 18 months tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g at<br />

the Royal Mil<strong>it</strong>ary College (RMC) Duntroon.<br />

The Army will then assign you <strong>to</strong> a corps<br />

based on your own unique skills <strong>an</strong>d abil<strong>it</strong>ies.<br />

You’ll be given <strong>an</strong> opportun<strong>it</strong>y <strong>to</strong> choose the<br />

corps you wish <strong>to</strong> jo<strong>in</strong>—most cadets get<br />

their first preference. The follow<strong>in</strong>g pages<br />

will take you through the options on how <strong>to</strong><br />

<strong>become</strong> a GSO.<br />
