Foundation Board of Trustees<br />
approved three new board members:<br />
Louis Czubachowski, Holmdel;<br />
Barbara Ganz, Middletown; and<br />
Mart<strong>in</strong> Pfleger, Esq., Holmdel.<br />

welcome our new board members,<br />
who are all well respected members<br />
of <strong>the</strong> community, <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong> Bayshore<br />
family as <strong>the</strong>y have so graciously<br />
agreed to serve on <strong>the</strong> Foundation<br />
Board of Trustees,” states Raimonda<br />
Clark, president and CEO of<br />
Bayshore Community Health Services.<br />
Louis Czubachowski holds a strong<br />
record of accomplishments <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
implementation of critical bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />
systems with development and<br />
operations <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> f<strong>in</strong>ancial services<br />
<strong>in</strong>dustry. Czubachowski is a former<br />
senior manag<strong>in</strong>g director at Bear<br />
Stearns & Co., where he led <strong>the</strong> firm’s<br />
IT practice <strong>in</strong> provid<strong>in</strong>g technology<br />
solutions for its broker/dealer,<br />
<strong>in</strong>vestment advisor and fixed-<strong>in</strong>come<br />
