Healing Service With Anointing of the Sick
Join us Sunday, May 5 at 1:30 p.m., immediately following the 12:15 p.m. Mass, in the
Church for a Healing Prayer Service. After a short scripture reading and prayer, each
individual will be offered the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick. Our June Healing
Service will held at 1:30 p.m., June 2 on the first Sunday of the month
Altar Server Training
Are you in 5th - 12th grade and interested in becoming an Altar Server? New Altar Server training
is Saturday, May 4, 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. with Fr. David. Pizza lunch will be provided in Faith Sharing/
Harvester rooms, followed by training in the church from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Please RSVP to Colleen
Robey at robeyfamily@sbcglobal.net by Wednesday, May 1.
First Saturday Devotion on May 4 after 7:30 a.m. Mass
The devotion of First Saturdays, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima, carries with it the
assurance of the graces necessary for salvation at the hour of death. However, to derive
profit from such a great promise of Our Lady, the devotion must be properly
understood and duly performed. The requirements as stipulated by Our Lady are, on
the first Saturdays of five consecutive months: Confession, receive Holy Communion,
recite five decades of the Rosary, and keep me company for fifteen minutes meditating
on the mysteries of the Rosary, and to do all these things in the spirit of reparation to my
Immaculate Heart. Please join us for 7:30 a.m. Mass. The recitation of the Rosary will
immediately follow in the Church.
