SAMPLE: ADD TROUBLE INFO<br />
1. Click the radio button next to the ticket.<br />
2. Hover over the Ticket tab and click Add <strong>Trouble</strong> Info.<br />
3. Populate the Additional <strong>Trouble</strong> Info field.<br />
4. Click Submit icon (Running Person).<br />
5. The trouble ticket report to “Add <strong>Trouble</strong> Info” to an existing ticket is sent down stream for<br />
processing.<br />
