HVAC Upgrades – International Center AAI #12-154<br />

1. Provide wall mounted relative humidity sensors as indicated per the control<br />

diagrams. Humidity sensors shall meet, at minimum, the following requirements:<br />

a. Wall mount enclosure with white cover.<br />

b. Two wire, 4-20 mA output or digitally communicating proportional to<br />

relative humidity range of 0% to 100%.<br />

c. Humidity sensor shall be replaceable.<br />

d. ± 2% accuracy (5 - 95% RH).<br />

e. Mounted 48 inches above floor .<br />

F. Duct mounted relative humidity sensor<br />

1. Provide duct mounted relative humidity sensors as indicated per the control<br />

diagrams. Humidity sensors shall meet, at minimum, the following<br />

requirements:<br />

a. Duct mounted moisture resistant enclosure with conduit fitting.<br />

b. Two wire, 4-20 mA output proportional to relative humidity range of 0%<br />

to 100%.<br />

c. Humidity sensor shall be replaceable.<br />

d. ± 2% accuracy (5 - 95% RH).<br />

e. 8 inch probe length.<br />

G. Outside air flow measuring stations (or Engineer approved equal):<br />

1. Ebtron Model GTA116-PC<br />

2. The equipment vendor shall include in its price the cost to attend a preinstallation<br />

meeting and shall include the costs to commission its devices<br />

certifying proper operation.<br />

H. Carbon Dioxide Sensors – Duct and Wall Mount<br />

1. Output signal: 4 – 20ma signal.<br />

2. Accuracy: +/- 30 ppm.<br />

3. Range: 0 – 2000 ppm.<br />

4. Calibration interval: 5 years.<br />

5. Response time: 2 minutes or less.<br />

6. Display: 4 digit LCD.<br />

7. Operating Humidity: 0% to 95% non-condensing.<br />

8. Operating temperature: 32F to 122F.<br />

9. Enclosure: NEMA 1.<br />

I. Rosemont/Emerson 2051 Differential Pressure Transmitter – Chiller Evaporator and<br />

Condenser Differential Pressure Measurement for Flow Control (or Engineer approved<br />

equal):<br />

1. Measurement Type: Differential pressure.<br />

2. Accuracy +/- 0.075% of span.<br />

3. Signal Output: 4 – 20 ma.<br />

4. Long Term Stability: 0.1% of URL for 2 years.<br />

5. Rangdown: 100:1<br />

J. Photohelic Differential Pressure Switch and Gauge – Auto Reset – Filter Monitoring<br />
