About the author<br />
Quentin Maxwell-Jackson was until 30 June 2011 a Partner<br />
in the Infrastructure Government and Healthcare Advisory<br />
practice at KPMG LLP in the UK. He led the Public Services<br />
Consulting, Central Government Advisory and Consumer and<br />
Industrial Markets practices at KPMG. He provided advice to<br />
clients on major change and transformation programmes<br />
across a wide range of central government departments,<br />
the wider <strong>public</strong> <strong>sector</strong> and the private <strong>sector</strong>. He has<br />
considerable experience of working with clients in the R&D<br />
and high-tech <strong>sector</strong>s.<br />
