discipline of the organization; Manufacturing, Environmental Test, Quality Assurance and Engineering.<br />
CNC EQUIPMENT<br />
Manufacturing – <strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong><br />
possesses the capabilities to<br />
manufacture 75% of all piece part<br />
requirements for the electromechanical<br />
product line. Our capabilities include<br />
metal stamping, header firing line, full<br />
metal plating shop for precious metal<br />
plating and coil winding all supported by<br />
a full machine shop with Computer<br />
Numeric Controlled (CNC) milling<br />
machines.<br />
FULL MACHINE SHOP<br />
Engineering – <strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> employs a full complement of engineering<br />
staff to perform sustaining and research and design activities. The<br />
engineering staff draws on an average of ten years’ experience in both the<br />
electro-mechanical and RF product fields. They are equipped with the latest<br />
software in Computer Aided Design (CAD), and Failure Analysis.<br />
