Mr E K Lim, Managing Director of SML since 1998. Mr Lim oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the ship repair and maintenance business of SML, including facilities and manpower planning and scheduling, procurement of equipment and raw materials, marketing and coordinating with external agencies such as the classification societies on compliance with classification requirements. Mr Lim began his career with Ocean Tankers Pte Ltd as a Technical Superintendent (1989 – 1992). He then worked with Hai Yin Diesel and Trading Pte Ltd as a Marine Superintendent (1992 – 1994). Mr Lim made his mark in both companies in the repair and maintenance of vessels and other technical aspects related to vessel operations. Thereafter, he was with ASL Shipyard Pte Ltd as a Commercial/Marketing Manager (1994 – 1998), responsible for overseeing and marketing of the company’s ship repair business. Mr Lim graduated from the Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Mr Koh Bai Yau, Project Manager responsible for overseeing the construction of our new shipbuildings, in relation to the technical and statutory aspects. He is also taking charge of the maintenance of the fleet of vessels. Mr Koh was with the Group as an Operations Manager (1996 – 1999) where his role was to co-ordinate the vessel movements, update vessel documentation and to manage the crew. His other experiences include sea freight, forwarding and project logistics whilst he was working for CWT Distribution <strong>Limited</strong> and Sindo Damai Marine Pte Ltd. Mr Koh re-joined the Group in May 2005. Mr Koh graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Ms Yew Yin Fun, Finance and Administration Manager responsible for the finance, taxation and administrative matters of our Group. Ms Yew has more than 18 years of experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to joining our Group in 2003, she was a Finance and Administration Manager for a year and a half with Microcircuit Technology Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the then Omni Industries <strong>Limited</strong> (subsequently re-named as Celestica Singapore Pte Ltd). She has strong working experience with multi-nationals and local companies, as well as a public accounting firm. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore since 1986. She also holds an International Diploma in Computer Studies from TMC Computer School. Mr Fazil Bin Salleh, Yard Manager since January 2004. He has been working for <strong>Swissco</strong> Offshore as a Yard and Safety Supervisor for more than 14 years. Fazil Bin Salleh is responsible to provide land and sea logistics support to the Operations Manager. He supervises a team of workforce in ensuring smooth loading and unloading of ship spares, stores, heavy equipment, and also manages crew change. He assists in co-ordinating with the sub-contractor for construction of new shipbuildings at our yard. He is responsible for maintenance of the fleet of vessels, plant and equipment of the company. Fazil Bin Salleh is trained and equipped to take charge of hot works and ensure safety in the workplace. Mr Raju Gnasegaran, Offshore Operations/Business Development Manager. He oversees the management and supervision of all marine related services including towage, heavylifts, and matters relating to oil pollution and all support operational and project activities. Prior to joining us, Mr Raju Gnasegaran was with Briggs Environmental Service (Asia) Pte Ltd as an Operations/Business Development Manager. He assisted in setting up the company in Singapore and its operations regionally, and was responsible for the management and supervision of chemical/oil spill and associated marine services including maintenance of plant and oil spill machinery. In his portfolio of achievements, he has more than 10 years of experience in managing oil spill response services, maintenance of machinery, salvage and ocean towage operations. He holds a supervisory management certificate awarded by the School of Oil Pollution Control, Texas A & M University. Mr Yeo Chong Boon, Senior Operations Manager with the Group since 1 January 2004. He is responsible for co-ordinating the movement of vessels, updating vessels’ documents, communicating with the crew pertaining to clients’ instructions, checking on compliance with the various authorities and coordinating the daily requirements of the vessels and crew matters. Mr Yeo joined <strong>Swissco</strong> Offshore as a Shipping Executive in 1975 when his role was to co-ordinate the ship supply section and logistics and freight forwarding. The company began branching out into supply vessels and OPL business in 1990 when he has since been in charge of this business area. 11
