ICE ROOM – SAPPHIRE
It is said that it rejuvenates and prolongs life. It works beneficially on people with low blood pressure.
It helps remove toxins, and works beneficially on the bile, heart, kidneys; it balances the hormones
and hypophysis, and relieves pain. It works successfully on depressions, fears, indecisiveness,
and hyperactivity. It helps achieve spiritual cleanliness and increases telepathic abilities.

• Kneipp programmes
COLD-HOT KNEIPP PATH - it is recommended upon arrival from the sauna, as are several
repetitions along the cold-hot path.
KNEIPP BATHS - for Kneipp’s alternating baths (cold-hot).
KNEIPP SHOWERS - in a half circle of showers the water temperature falls from the beginning till
the end of the half circle form 36°C to 18°C; the showers work on sensors, for the best effect on
the body we recommend walking slowly.
WARM POOL WITH MASSAGE JETS - the jets are placed one atop another, and they massage the
neck and kidney area.
COLD POOL - the water depth is around 100 cm, water temperature is between 18 to 19°C, and
the ceramic resting bench is heated.
