The second, more importantly, was towards the attitude of the First Rugby Team and particularly how
gracious they were in victory. These comments were reiterated several times by the parent who asked
that they be passed on to me.
I am sure this is just a small example of the range of praise and positive feedback received at our school,
yet it has made me consider how even small acts by students can have a strong and positive impact on
the reputation of our school for the wider community. As students we all have the responsibility for the
school’s reputation and to ensure our school is perceived as a great example of education as it should
be.
While I have this chance I would also like to congratulate those who in the past weeks have attained
high achievements in their varying fields.
This includes the ‘Bring It On‘ Dance Crew, the Theatre Sports team, both the Senior A and Year 8
Debating teams, the Senior and Junior Dance Troupes and the Boys and Girls First XI Football teams.
Congratulations to all.
