Related PTI Guidance Information and Documents This appendix provides additional resources for jurisdictions to augment EAP development efforts, and highlights valuable information on the Local Government Energy Assurance Program underwritten by the DOE, with program support from PTI. D.1 PTI Resources and Guidance Documents Local Government Energy Assurance Planning Website Through a grant from DOE, PTI offers technical assistance to local governments—large, medium, and small—across the U.S. that want to learn more about creating or refining EAPs for their communities. Once created, these plans will help ensure that local governments can provide life-saving and sustaining services during an energy emergency.
