An Introduction to Modern Cariology
Brian Nový, DDS
Friday, 8:30am–11:00am
If your name is Streptococcus mutans you have
eliminate your species by the bazilliongatrillion,
and they’re using a lot more than fluoride.
Brian Nový is an assistant professor of restorative
dentistry at Loma Linda University, where he teaches
a variety of courses including caries management and
evidence-based dentistry. In 2009, the American Dental
Association awarded Dr. Nový and his office the title,
“Adult Preventive Care Practice of the Year.”
