GENERAL INFORMATION<br />

The company was originally constituted as a closely-held corporation named Inversiones y Rentas SH S.A., whose principal object was<br />

to make permanent investments in and rentals of all kinds of movable and immovable assets, per public deed dated December 14, 1995<br />

signed before the notary Enrique Morgan Torres.<br />

The company’s objects were expanded at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of April 19, 1996, recorded in public deed dated July 4,<br />

1996, to make all kinds of real estate investments and advisory services, and real estate broking.<br />

On October 14, 1997, the name was changed from Inversiones y Rentas SH S.A. to Inmobiliaria <strong>Security</strong> S.A., by public deed signed before<br />

the notary Enrique Morgan Torres.<br />

The company’s objects were again modified by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of January 22, 2004, recorded in public deed<br />

dated January 27, 2004, when it was decided to expand the objects of Inmobiliaria <strong>Security</strong> S.A. to include the management of private<br />

investment funds in accordance with clause 7 of Law 18,815.<br />

PAID CAPITAL AND EQUITY<br />

As of December 31, 2008 the capital and reserves were Ch$ 3,471 million and its equity Ch$ 4,121 million.<br />

INVESTMENT AS PROPORTION OF ASSETS OF GRUPO SECURITY S.A.<br />

Inmobiliaria <strong>Security</strong> S.A. represents 1.2% of the assets of Grupo <strong>Security</strong>.<br />

TRADING RELATIONS WITH SUBSIDIARIES, ASSOCIATES AND PARENT<br />

Inmobiliaria <strong>Security</strong> has provided real estate advisory services to <strong>Banco</strong> <strong>Security</strong> and Seguros Vida <strong>Security</strong> Previsión S.A. In the future,<br />

there is the possibility of extending the offer of these services to customers of the parent’s subsidiaries and associate companies.<br />
