The board of Grupo Security, at its meeting of March 11, 2008, called the ordinary shareholders meeting for April 7,
2008 to know the proposed distribution of a dividend of Ch$4.8 per share which, added to the dividend of Ch$2.8
already paid in October 2007, determined a dividend per share of Ch$ 7.6 against the year 2007.
