Mr. Mohammad A. Moyeen<br />
Director<br />
After graduating as an architect from Bangladesh University of Engineering and<br />
Technology in 1982, Mr. Moyeen involved himself in business. Besides being the Director<br />
of <strong>Apollo</strong> <strong>Hospitals</strong> <strong>Dhaka</strong>, he is the Founding Member and Chairman of LankaBangla<br />
Finance Ltd. and the Managing Director of Tropica Garments Ltd. and Global Aviation<br />
Services Ltd. He is also a Director of Standard Paper Products Ltd., Wings Air Cargo Ltd.,<br />
Swift Logistics Services Ltd., M & M Ltd., Freight Care Aviation Services Ltd., Expo<br />
Express Services Ltd., Wings Logistic Ltd., Orchid Air Ltd., UCL Logistic Ltd., Cross<br />
Freight Lines Ltd. and Air Line Cargo Resources Ltd.<br />
Mr. Tipu Munshi<br />
Director<br />
Mr. Munshi is involved with the garment and textile manufacturing, exporting business,<br />
education and healthcare service. He is also associated with Sepal Garments Ltd., MAS<br />
Trade Int’l Garments Ltd., Creative Garments Ltd., Glory Fashion Wear Ltd., and Sepal<br />
Washing Plant Ltd. as Managing Director; Orchid Garments Ltd. as Director. Mr. Munshi<br />
was the President of Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association<br />
(BGMEA). He is currently a Member of Parliament elected from the reigning party<br />
Bangladesh Awami League.<br />
Mr. Nissanka Weerasekera<br />
Director<br />
Mr. Weerasekera is representing Aureos South Asia Fund LLC, one of the institutional<br />
shareholders of STS Holdings Limited as a nominated Director of the Board. Mr.<br />
Weerasekera is also the current Managing Partner of Aureos Lanka Advisers (Pvt.)<br />
Limited in Sri Lanka, a sister concern of Aureos South Asia Fund LLC is one of the 10<br />
funds established by Aureos Capital, a joint venture between CDC group plc, a UK<br />
Government fund and the Nonfund, the Norwegian investment fund for developing<br />
countries that focuses on investment in India, Sri Lanka and specially in Bangladesh.<br />
