2.1.81 --message_locale=lang_country[.codepage]<br />

This option switches the default language for the display of error and warning messages<br />

to the one you specify in lang_country or lang_country.codepage.<br />

Syntax<br />

--message_locale=lang_country[.codepage]<br />

Where:<br />

lang_country[.codepage]<br />

is the new default language for the display of error and warning<br />

messages.<br />

The permitted languages are independent of the host platform.<br />

The following settings are supported:<br />

• en_US<br />

• zh_CN<br />

• ko_KR<br />

• ja_JP.<br />

Default<br />

If you do not specify --message_locale, the compiler assumes --message_locale=en_US.<br />

Restrictions<br />

Ensure that you have installed the appropriate locale support for the host platform.<br />

The locale name might be case-sensitive, depending on the host platform.<br />

The ability to specify a codepage, and its meaning, depends on the host platform.<br />

Errors<br />

If you specify a setting that is not supported, the compiler generates an error message.<br />
