1 2 3 4 Action Field Description 1 Once all the required information is populated into the Hiring Proposal tab, you will choose Continue to Next Page. The Notes/History tab allows you to see the history of this hiring proposal as well as to add notes about this search/candidate. 2 Notes can be entered into the free form field. 3 Once all notes have been entered, click Add Notes to save on the hiring proposal. 4 Choose Continue to Next Page to submit the hiring proposal to the next level of approver. Action Field Description 1 Review the contents of your hiring proposal. 2 To make changes, click on Edit. 3 To print a copy of your submission, click on Printer-Friendly Version. 4 When you are ready to submit the hiring proposal to the next level of approver, click on the appropriate circle and choose continue.
