MADULAIN
The smallest village in the Upper Engadin is an oasis of tranquillity, a wonderfully relaxing escape offering
all manner of ways in which to spend unforgettable holidays. The region’s attractive ski areas are close
by and easy to reach. Cross-country skiers have a wide choice of varied and contrasting trails through the
magical winter landscape that are just waiting to be explored. Especially recommended is a walk up to
the ruins of Guardaval, once the largest castle in the Upper Engadin, or a toboggan ride on the toboggan
trail above the village.

The Chesa Ardüser is a 300-year-old Engadin house offering double and
triple bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Guests have use of two cooking
