AccuRev displays the Print Preview window.
3. Optionally, use the preview settings to adjust the output. See Previewing What You Print on page 13 if
you need help with this step.
Tip: If using the preview settings does not provide the output you expect, click the Close Preview button
and make adjustments on the source table (resizing or adding/dropping columns, for example).
4. When you are satisfied with the output displayed in the Print Preview window, click the Print button
( ).
AccuRev displays the familiar Print dialog box, an example of which is shown here.
You use the fields on the Print dialog box to specify characteristics of the print job (specifying a
printer, the number of pages you want to print, and so on).
5. Change any print job settings as needed and click Print to print the table.
Choosing a Depot to be Used for a Command
In many situations, AccuRev must execute a command in the context of a particular depot. In many cases,
it selects the depot context automatically. In other cases, it prompts you to select a depot from a list of all
the depots in the AccuRev repository.
Using the Choose Depot Dialog
The depot names are initially sorted alphabetically (A-Z). You can click the Name header to reverse the
sort order (Z-A).Choose a depot in either of these ways:
• Select a depot name and click Ok.
• Double-click a depot name.
