This <strong>Plan</strong> is <strong>Shoalhaven</strong> <strong>Local</strong> <strong>Environmental</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>1985</strong> (<strong>Amendment</strong><br />

<strong>No</strong> <strong>241</strong>).<br />

2 Commencement<br />

This <strong>Plan</strong> commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW<br />

legislation website.<br />

3 Land to which <strong>Plan</strong> applies<br />

This <strong>Plan</strong> applies to land at Woollamia, as shown edged in heavy black<br />

on the map marked “<strong>Shoalhaven</strong> <strong>Local</strong> <strong>Environmental</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>1985</strong><br />

(<strong>Amendment</strong> <strong>No</strong> <strong>241</strong>)” deposited in the office of <strong>Shoalhaven</strong> City<br />

but only if the Council is satisfied that the application for consent adequately<br />

addresses bush fire risk, effluent disposal, the protection of fauna and flora,<br />

acid sulfate soils and impacts on any lot to which State <strong>Environmental</strong><br />

<strong>Plan</strong>ning Policy <strong>No</strong> 14—Coastal Wetlands applies.<br />
