With tapered bore bearings , internal clearances are each one level greater than those of cylindrical bore bearings.<br />

TAPERED BORE<br />

For ball bearing with a tapered bore (K), the radial internal<br />

clearances are each one level greater than those of cylindrical<br />

bore bearings as given in the above table.<br />

Example:<br />

d = 40mm — UC208, CN = 6 - 23 um<br />

d = 40mm — UK208, C3 = 18 - 23 um<br />
