have been extensively checked for errors, etc., but
no warranty is given and the Company shall not
be liable for any errors therein. The right to modify
the design of any product is also reserved by the
Company.

GUARANTEE
The following guarantee is given in lieu of and so
as to exclude any conditions of warranty, expressed
or implied by statute or otherwise, and it
is hereby agreed that the sellers shall be under no
further or other liability or obligation nor liable for
any loss injury or damage caused, or alleged to
have arisen by reason of any failure or defect
whatsoever in respect of any goods supplied by
the Company. We undertake to repair or replace
free of charge any products found to be defective
in workmanship or material within one year from
the date of their delivery by us new from our
works provided the product, when returned to us
carriage paid by the purchaser (together with
reasonable proof of identity) is found by us to be
so defective.
PRICE
Prices quoted may be varied at the discretion of
the Company at any time and unless otherwise
agreed. Deliveries, after the date of each price
change, shall be at the new price.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
No orders may be cancelled without prior
approval. Cancellation charges may be involved if
manufacture has commenced.
DELIVERY
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure delivery
as requested, but the Company cannot accept
responsibility for delivery delays resulting from
matters beyond its control including strikes,
accidents, fire, transport delays or force majeur.
SPECIAL DESIGNS
Where special requirements or modification to
product is required, a certified drawing or data
sheet will be issued on request, for customer
approval to factory at time of order.
