original 7/8-
inch (22mm)
diameter tubular
handlebar. No need to replace your handlebars—simply
remove the original top clamp,
place the riser between the handlebar and original
bottom clamp, and reinstall top clamp.
Metric M8 bolts are included. Rise height is
25mm (1"). For use with original top clamp or

anyway; this shifter won’t break as easily as the stock shifter. The tip pivots, is spring loaded, and gives
your foot a bit more space.
The “Bigfoot” model is as sturdy as the Standard, but is almost 1 inch longer then the stock shifter,
a bonus for us folks blessed with generously sized feet or those with big herky boots. Note: The
increased length of the Bigfoot lever puts the shifter in front of engine case beyond built-in shifter
detent. This product fits all models.

“sport” in dual-sport! On the other hand, if you spend
your street riding time getting to the trails, or your off-road Sport Exporer
riding is way off-road, you may want the MX Master front
and Stone Master rear. These are some of the narliest, knobbiest,
DOT-approved tires available. The big open lug design will shed the
muck, while the stiff carcass gives you confidence while slabbing it.

KLR650 Stainless Steel Brake Lines
Both versions of the KLR can benefit by upgrading the stock
rubber brake lines with our braided stainless steel lines. These
lines transfer more pressure to your calipers, and feature genuine
Teflon linings. In addition, the factory routing of the rear (E
model) brake line makes a large loop. Seems to us this is bound
to snag on something sooner or later. Not good! Our rear brake
line runs directly to the rear caliper, eliminating the dreaded
“loop line” factor. All lines include new crush washers and banjo
bolts. Front and rear lines sold separately. Choose the right line(s) for your bike.

KLR650A Control Cables
Control cables are the interface between you and your bike. Worn,
sticky cables make smooth riding almost impossible. Motion Pro
replacement cables for your KLR 650 A model (1987 to 2007) are of the
very highest quality and are priced competitively. Choose from clutch,
throttle pull, throttle push, and speedometer drive cables. It is a good
idea to tape replacement cables alongside your in-use cables. When the old
cable fails, just connect the ends of the new cable and be on your way!
