Techflex Expandable Braided Sleeving
Techflex Braided Sleeving is used by motorcycle manufacturers
to protect, organize, and beautify wires, hoses,

and cables. Shouldn’t you use it too You bet!
Techflex PET seamless sleeving expands to 150% of its
diameter so it easily slides over wire bundles and connectors.
Flexo F6 is self-wrapping so it installs quickly on existing
wires. With a 25% overlap it handles tight radius bends
with ease. It covers wire harnesses very well, as it allows for
F6
branch circuits leaving the main bundle.
Techflex PET, XC Chrome, and Flexo F6 have high resistance
to abrasion, absorb no moisture, resist sustained temperatures up to 257
degrees F, and are not affected by petroleum products. This is tough stuff! Simply cut to length with a
hot knife and slide it on. Cut ends can be left as is or terminated with heat-shrink tubing.
Available in XC Chrome finish and black Techflex PET motorcycle customizing kits, as well as
10-foot sections of black PET and Flexo F6 in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2-inch diameters. Kits include 8 feet
of 1/4 inch, 20 feet of 3/8 inch (5/16 in chrome kit), 6 feet of 1/2 inch, 12 inches of heatshrink tubing,
12 nylon cable ties, and detailed installation instructions.
