Motive Jacket
The Motive Jacket is fashionably
designed, patterned, and styled
exclusively for women. This threequarter
length jacket is constructed of a
320 denier polyester/nylon blend with an
oiled cotton feel. It’s waterproof and
breathable, with chest and sleeve vents and
a rear exit vent to provide flow-thru ventilation
to keep you cool. Removable, CEapproved
armor at the elbow and shoulder works
with an articulated triple-density back protector for added safety. Soft microfiber trim around the jacket’s Mandarin-style collar
provides comfort from chafing, and microfiber-lined cuffs with hook and loop closures are soft yet durable and easily adjustable.
There are two zippered hand-warmer pockets, two bellows pockets, four internal pockets, and a built-in, dual zippered fanny pack.
For better conspicuity, the Motive also features Phoslite® black or pink reflective
piping and TOUR MASTER’S signature reflective rear triangle. A zip-out quilted
liner with 100g-polyfill insulation is included for cold weather.

The outer shell is a Hypertex waterproof and
breathable, high-density, 600 denier polyester. It
keeps the rain out, but allows humidity to escape.
There are six vents: two 6-inch chest intake vents;
two 7-inch back exhaust vents; plus two 8-inch
sleeve cuff vents with 2-way zippers to regulate
air intake. Two front side pockets are protected
by waterproof zippers and the collar and sleeve
cuffs are finished with soft tipping for comfort.
Protection includes CE-rated armor in the
shoulders and elbows plus an EVA foam back
pad; reflective panels on the front and back offer
night time conspicuity.
This is the perfect jacket for fair weather.
