Process:<br />

Prepare a chart of key <strong>in</strong>stitutions <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> the adaptation <strong>and</strong> mitigation projects you are<br />

<strong>in</strong>vestigat<strong>in</strong>g. For each <strong>in</strong>stitution discuss <strong>and</strong> list at least four k<strong>in</strong>ds of <strong>in</strong>formation: foundation date<br />

<strong>and</strong> goals, management, achievements <strong>and</strong> needs. To deepen the discussion you can ask about<br />

leadership, membership, activities, decision-mak<strong>in</strong>g processes <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong>teractions or conflicts with<br />

other groups or <strong>in</strong>stitutions.<br />
