Answering machine<br />
To reinstate the pre-recorded<br />
messages, delete your own<br />
recorded outgoing message,<br />
see opposite.<br />
You can’t delete a prerecorded<br />
message. If you<br />
delete your personal OGM,<br />
the pre-recorded OGM will be<br />
automatically reinstated as your<br />
outgoing message.<br />
4. Scroll or to choose Answer & Record or<br />
Answer Only press OK to listen.<br />
5. To delete the message, press Delete when it is<br />
playing.<br />
Select male or female outgoing message voice<br />
If you want to use the pre-recorded outgoing<br />
message, you can choose either the male or female<br />
voice. The default setting is female.<br />
1. Press Menu and scroll to . Press OK.<br />
2. Scroll to OGM Voice and press OK.<br />
3. Scroll or choose either Female or Male and press<br />
OK. Saved will be shown.<br />
Recording a memo<br />
1. Press Menu and scroll to . Press OK.<br />
2. Scroll to Record Memo and press OK.<br />
3. Follow the voice prompts to record.<br />
To end recording, press Save.<br />
4. Your memo is then played back. If you want to<br />
delete it, press Delete during playback.<br />
