Unanet Administrator’s Guide CLIENTCOMM.0019-2.0 Navigate to CONUS and OCONUS Files Click on the symbol to expand on the list of per diem files (above). Note the per diem files marked in red in the screen shot below. Click on the link identifying the CONUS (Continental US) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental US) to download the files to your computer.
