LAN-BI has developed several final assembly solutions<br />
for automobile industry such as “Triebsatz Assembly”<br />
for Volkswagen company.<br />
This station is integrated in the car production line and<br />
is based in 12 automatic screwdrivers to fasten several<br />
components of the Triebsatz.<br />
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS<br />
At this station, 12 screwing operations are carried<br />
out, 6 for left side and 6 for the right side.<br />
Shock absorber: 2 bolt / nuts<br />
Steering Tie Rod: 2 nuts<br />
Half shaft: 2 nuts<br />
Security plate: 6 bolts<br />
A full Triebsatz pallet lifting and centering system<br />
completes the installation.<br />
