When Premier ® client <strong>West</strong> <strong>Milton</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> wanted an<br />

EFT processing partner, they chose <strong>Fiserv</strong> because of the<br />

Integrated Desktop solution.<br />

When its arrangement with its former<br />

EFT processor was ending, <strong>West</strong> <strong>Milton</strong><br />

<strong>State</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> began looking around for an<br />

online solution. Satisfied with <strong>Fiserv</strong> and its<br />

Premier account processing solution, the<br />

bank did its due diligence and looked at both<br />

<strong>Fiserv</strong> and another processing provider.<br />

“Both providers had similarities with little<br />

difference in price, so the decision came<br />

down to features and functions,” says<br />

of functions that may be used to review,<br />

add, update, and delete cardholder records<br />

and card or PIN orders. In real time, the<br />

solution emulates the functionality of<br />

the existing batch process and in some<br />

instances offers functionality not available<br />

via a batch process. The immediate receipt<br />

of information synchronizes cardholder data<br />

and transaction processing data with <strong>Fiserv</strong><br />

eliminates duplicate entry for the client and<br />

eliminates exposure due to the nature of<br />

the immediate updates.<br />

that when a customer calls and needs us<br />

to change limits or reset passwords, we<br />

can make an immediate change through<br />

Premier ® Navigator (the Premier solution<br />

last 15 transactions available in real time so<br />

that tellers, in addition to Operations staff,<br />
