LOCTITE ® SHOT MISER DISPENSE SYSTEM

The Loctite® Shot Miser Dispense System is designed for both manual and timed dispensing of all single component products
with viscosities ranging from 0 to 80,000 cP. All wetted components are inexpensive and disposable, resulting in low maintenance
costs and minimal downtime. The complete system requires the purchase of three separate components; a reservoir, controller, and
dispense valve. The reservoir will directly accept 250 ml and 1 pound product bottles (but not 1 liter containers). The operating
manual and all controls are in both English and Spanish.

Features:
Theory of Operation
• 1 liter internal capacity reservoir, directly
accepts all Loctite® brand product
bottles in 250 ml and 1 pound bottle
package sizes
• Adjustable pressure regulator, 0 to 100 psi
• Easy-to -read pressure gauge
(units in psi and bar)
• A pressure/vent valve and hand-tight
lid knobs allow for easy, no-tool bottle
changeover
• Tank fitting accommodates 1 ⁄4" diameter
product feed tube
The container of adhesive is placed in the product reservoir
and the system is pressurized using a pneumatic air source.
The controller’s analog adjustable timer controls the opening
and closing of the dispensing valve. The dispense cycle is
initiated by the pneumatic foot pedal. The amount of
dispensed adhesive is controlled by adjustment of air pressure,
valve open time, and the size of the dispensing needle.
