The Loctite® Single Channel Automatic Controller is a multi-function system for
operating one or two dispense valves while controlling peripheral equipment
such as advancing slides and rotor spray units. Process functions are programmed
by the front panel keyboard and aided by a visual display. High precision control
is possible with the fine tuning of both time and pressure variables. Control of
reservoir pressure, advancing slide delay, and rotor spray operation can all be
selected or removed from use individually. This system can be used with low level
sensors such as Loctite® Bond-A- Matic® reservoirs or integrated into fully
automatic production lines using the PLC interface.

Theory of Operation
Operator pre -programming determines which devices are to
be used for a particular application. Once a particular set-up
is selected, valve pressure, open time and advancing slide
timing can all be adjusted to meet a specific dispensing need.
